This policy explains how Hi Dogs handles information when you visit hidogs.us, contact us, or use our online booking experience. It also explains when outside services process information on their own systems.
Information we handle
The informational pages of this website do not ask you to create an account. We may handle information in the following ways:
- Information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, messages, service address, and other details you choose to share when calling, texting, messaging, or booking.
- Pet and appointment information: pet name, breed, size, grooming needs, service selections, appointment preferences, notes, and service history.
- Technical information: hosting and security providers may process IP address, browser, device, request, and diagnostic information needed to deliver and protect the website.
Online booking through MoeGo
Hi Dogs uses MoeGo to provide online booking. The embedded booking tool loads when you open the Booking card and may place cookies or use similar technologies as part of that experience. You can instead call or text Hi Dogs, or open the booking page directly on MoeGo.
Information entered into the booking experience is transmitted to and processed through MoeGo and any service providers used in that booking flow. Payment-related information, if requested, is handled under the applicable provider's practices. Review the MoeGo Privacy Policy before submitting information.
Cookies and similar technology
Hi Dogs does not currently use advertising pixels or its own website analytics. We store one local preference to remember whether you dismissed the booking privacy notice. This preference does not control the cookies or technologies used by MoeGo inside its booking experience.

You can reopen the booking notice using Privacy settings at the end of the Contact card. Browser controls can delete stored preferences and cookies or restrict third-party cookies. Google describes its practices in the Google Privacy Policy.
How information is used
Hi Dogs may use information to:
- respond to questions and booking requests;
- schedule, confirm, provide, and follow up on grooming services;
- communicate about appointments, pricing, service availability, and customer support;
- maintain business, customer, and service records;
- protect customers, pets, the website, and the business from misuse or security incidents; and
- comply with legal, tax, accounting, insurance, and dispute-resolution obligations.
When information is shared
Information may be shared with providers that help operate Hi Dogs, including MoeGo for booking, Vercel for website hosting, Sanity for website content management, and communications, payment, professional, security, or legal providers when applicable. These providers may process information under their own terms or on behalf of Hi Dogs.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, address fraud or security, or complete a business transaction.
Retention and security
Hi Dogs keeps information for as long as reasonably necessary for appointments, customer service, business records, legal obligations, safety, and dispute resolution. Outside providers determine retention for information on their systems under their applicable policies.
Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information, but no website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
- Use the full MoeGo booking page, call, or text Hi Dogs instead of using the embedded booking tool.
- Reopen the booking notice using Privacy settings at the end of the Contact card.
- Ask to access, correct, or delete information held by Hi Dogs, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs.
- Use browser controls to delete local storage or cookies.
Children's privacy
This website and its grooming services are not directed to children under 13, and Hi Dogs does not knowingly collect their personal information through the website.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the website, booking tools, or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top will show when revisions take effect.
